Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation with delivery updates. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the item for an exchange, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

• All original packaging and tags must be included
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Custom or altered items are not eligible for return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your approved refund or store credit within 5-7 business days. Timelines for the final reversal may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, let us know the preferred replacement when you contact support. Where applicable, any price difference will be confirmed before the exchange is completed.
